Quick Search You can search the database of individuals by entering a simple search term consisting of one or more words. If your search term contains more than one word, your search will return database records containing ANY of the words you have entered. If you want to limit your search to records which MUST contain a particular word, type + immediately before the word in question. If you want to limit your search to records which OMIT a particular word, type - immediately before the word in question. No distinction is made between upper case and lower case letters. For example: entering "Jutland" will return all the individual records containing any reference to the Battle of Jutland entering "Jutland Coronel" will return all the individual records containing a reference either to the Battle of Jutland or to the Battle of Coronel or to both entering "+Jutland +Coronel" will return all the individual records containing a reference to BOTH the Battle of Jutland AND the Battle of Coronel entering "+Jutland -Coronel" will return all the individual records containing a reference to the Battle of Jutland which contain NO reference to the Battle of Coronel. This tool will ignore search words of 3 characters or less.
